		<description>Leaders can do a great deal of good but in history, leaders have only changed or made change, with the influence of the masses. We still have this idea that leaders make these hard decisions based on their beliefs but the truth is generally, decisions are made based on the mass psychology of a given society... the masses. 

We all need to change our beliefs... or at least the majority. Government always lags society. It&#039;s always been that way.

Get out there and change things up yourself. You have more power than you can imagine!</description>

		<description>Well written. We do need facilities. Just one more thing, we need clean ones at that; not those that are unkept, stinking &amp; dirty wherein it would be better to wait than go!! I think we as a nation must learn hygiene.</description>

		<description>After all these years of visiting India, I can never get over this phenomenon of men peeing in the streets. The thing is that this is not just happening in ghettos. I have witnessed it in some of the most affluent suburbs of Delhi. I didn&#039;t see it once traveling around poor areas of Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos.

Women have an unfair advantage. We can&#039;t hold it on like they can!</description>
